A community advocate, Chenelle helps nonprofits to support their missions and create change through strategic development. She expertly guides the design, development, and execution of Frontline projects, optimizing systems, maintaining schedules, and wrangling budgets. Chenelle takes pride in creating consensus among teams in high-stress, high-stakes contexts and building relationships to help team members do their best work.

Chenelle is also a seasoned fundraiser with extensive experience in grant writing, grants management, and program planning. Previously, she served as the grants manager for the Center for Urban Families, where she developed proposals to transform programmatic ideas into funding support. Chenelle holds a bachelor’s from the University of Richmond.
