Dominique is a strategist, facilitator, and human-centered leader with 15+ years of experience driving organizational and community growth with justice at the center. She has a knack for translating vision and values into action and excels in cultivating collaboration. 

Throughout her career, she’s played a critical role in steering organizations, companies, and institutions toward more just practices. From designing local and national grantmaking programs to crafting org-wide policies and practices at a mission-driven tech company, she prides herself on her ability to bridge gaps, inspire teams, and implement innovative solutions with equity at the center. 

Outside of her work at Frontline, she is active in her local community and is an avid advocate for women of color who are changing the world. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, exploring the Bay Area, traveling, and community-building.
