Senior Manager, Partnerships

Carolyn’s approach to partnerships draws from her experiences as an equity practitioner, researcher, and entrepreneur. Most recently, as the Senior Manager of Industry Engagement at TechEquity Collaborative, she stood up a corporate practice change program engaging tech companies on responsible contracting, housing justice, and mitigating bias in AI. Her urban planning experience includes project-managing a neighborhood commercial revitalization plan in New Orleans, building an emerging artist discovery platform for public art projects, and creating a roadmap for equitable recovery in a post-COVID Boston. Previously in the tech startup space, Carolyn helped gaming and e-commerce companies expand their global reach and optimize advertising spend. Carolyn witnessed inherent inequalities in economic access within the tech industry and became passionate about how community and tech partnerships drive solutions.Carolyn holds a Master’s in City Planning from MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys immersive public art exhibits, hosting dinner parties, live, and long walks with her Boxer pup.
