Jouapag Lee

Jouapag is an innovative leader and facilitator who works across sectors to advance social justice and equity. She specializes in creative solutions that are inclusive and asset-based, working with diverse communities to break down silos between nonprofits, government, institutions of higher education, and community leaders.

Jouapag supported economic development and local grants management with the Financial Opportunity Centers and Bridges to Career Opportunities programs at Local Initiatives Support Corporation. For the Wilder Foundation, she led strategic planning and implementation through the Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood initiative. She has also worked with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Hmong American Partnership, and she has served as an inclusion and diversity speaker for schools, organizations, and conferences. Jouapag has a master’s in nonprofit management from the University of Oregon, and a bachelor’s from Winona State University.
