Daniela is an experienced, collaborative executive who is passionate about helping organizations assess impact, adapt strategies, and invest in their staff. For philanthropic organizations, public grantmaking settings, evaluation firms, and nonprofits, she designs and implements planning processes to identify and clarify goals, processes, and resource allocations. Daniela devises tailor-made measurement, learning, and evaluation systems to optimize organizational performance and operations. As a leader she has experience in leadership development, impact measurement, and the use of data for decision-making. She has demonstrated her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the social sector via several task groups that champion greater inclusivity in the workplace. Daniela advocates for and designs leadership development opportunities for Black and Latinx professionals. She has been recognized as a Change Leader in Philanthropy—as part of a new generation of leaders in philanthropy working to increase impact—by Grantmakers for Effective Organizations.
