Amber Banks is an educator, evidence-driven researcher, and strategic collaborator with a passion for equity. Her work demonstrates a commitment to ensuring that children of color and families impacted by poverty have access to equitable opportunities. After two decades in the education sector, she is driven by the belief that equity-driven approaches and authentic partnerships between institutions, organizations, and communities are the key to transforming the public sector. Amber’s areas of expertise include measurement and evaluation, philanthropy, and creating and culturally affirming collaboration and trust-building. She has extensive experience with strategic planning, program design and implementation, and mixed-methods research and evaluation.
