Building Bridges for Future Generations
Jourden Martin joins the Frontline team from the nonprofit sector, bringing experience working at the national, collegiate, and local levels. She is an organizational strategist who thrives at the intersection of social change and enterprise. Harnessing her unique mix of skills in service of knocking out racial, gender, and socioeconomic inequality, Jourden also leverages a generational consciousness to assess the viability of solutions. Ultimately it is her passion for young people of color that drives her toward strategically and collectively working to dismantle the systemic factors that create and maintain marginalized communities.
