Chenelle Rollins serves Frontline Solutions as an Associate Consultant to help guide project design, development, and execution. Prior to joining Frontline, Chenelle served as the Grants Manager for the Center for Urban Families, where she was responsible for developing and transforming programmatic ideas into funding support through proposal development. Chenelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond, where she majored in political science and minored in urban practice & policy.
