Community Engagement (CE) is Frontline Solutions’ asset-based approach to helping communities thrive. CE trusts the leadership that exists within the community to optimally serve the community. The goal is to build upon the community’s existent strengths and introduce new voices into the collective conversation. Our targets are structural: the change of ineffective policy, the building of new infrastructure, the creation of opportunity.

Organizational Development

Organizations, like people, have personalities, preferences, and priorities that must be managed. The most effective and influential organization is the one that is simultaneously self-aware and externally responsive. This balance is not an intuitive one; it requires both commitment and practice. Frontline Solutions’ Organizational Development (OD) Core Service strengthens the impact of private and nonprofit organizations committed to social change using a three-pronged approach: Support, Innovation, and Planning (SIP).

Research should serve communities (not the other way around)!

Whether we are executing a regression analysis or an ethnographic study, we believe that the lived experiences of real people need to be at the center of the discussion. Frontline recognizes that the primary purpose of research is to be a tool for social change agents in direct service, philanthropy and policy/advocacy. Frontline Solutions’ Research Core Service combines ethnographic methods with data analysis to generate impactful reports designed to resource social change.
